For Incorporation of a Company Required documents

1. Scanned Passport size photographs of directors.
2. Scanned copy of Pan card AADHAAR card of directors each
3. Scanned copy of latest bank statement/ telephone or mobile bill/ electricity or gas bill any one proof for each director.
4. A scanned copy of voter I-card or passport or Driving License of directors each.
5. Directors’ email id and phone number.
6. Five names of Proposed company Name
7. Type of business that main object of the Company

It is important that should self-attest their documents by each

1. Proof of registered office address-Scanned copy of electricity bill
2. Scanned copy of No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Property owner
